1 ½ oz gin
dash of cranberry juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitters


Peach Daiquiri(No Alcohol)
14oz blended peaches
6 crushed ice cubes
1 tbs lemon juice
1/3 cup of milk
½ cup of peach juice
½ tsp rum flavouring


Purple Rain
1oz vodka
1oz Blue Curacao
dash of grenadine
fill the glass with Sprite to taste

Red Devil
½ oz sloe gin
½ oz vodka
½ oz Southern Comfort
½ oz Triple Sec
½ oz banana liqueur
2oz lime juice
2oz orange juice


White Satin
1 oz Galliano
1oz Tia Maria
1oz double cream
